Matt Cutts has said 'Facebook and Twitter posts are treated like any other web pages for search'. As of now Google does not use social media platforms such as Facebook or Twitter followers for search ranking.
However on the other hand if you are getting a lot of related question around your products it could be an idea to build content around some of those re-occuring questions and add it to your website in a FAQ style. Then you could engage with people on your social platforms and refer them back to your site.

Facebook Lead Ads to email
I am trying to find the best way to get information from submissions that come from Facebook Lead Ads to be sent straight to email. I believe the way to do this is to configure a CRM. Does anyone know though of a free CRM to use that will enable this to be setup?

Identifying members on Twitter
We are a member based company. Membership is by business not individual. So for instance if your widget business is a member anyone with a johndoe@widget.com email address can sign up and use all our content, portals, etc. I want to take emails and figure out if they are on Twitter. I know Twitter allows you to search your contact list but this wouldn't be that. It would be a list of emails I create. Are there any tools or suggestions to do this in a efficient way besides searching each individual name on Twitter? Thanks for the help.

How do search engines understand what social pages are official pages of my brand? If my Facebook page name is not my brand name (even though there are links from website to page and vice-versa) will that confuse search engines?
My question is about social shares, and how search engines understand what profiles are linked to what businesses?

Contests for link builing?
I had read a great blog post somewhere a couple weeks ago that had some great tips and resources on how to best run a contest (like on FB) and get good links. Had mentioned specific tools and techniques to use. Unfortunately I can not for the life of me remember where I saw this at. Did anyone happen to read this and have the link the post by chance? Thanks for any help! Ron

Best way to keep in touch with Twitter leads
On Twitter every now and then I have a conversation with a few people that lasts couple days. Then the conversation dies down and a different conversation with a few other followers begins. What do you guys do to keep in touch with the followers from the older conversations and perhaps start new ones? Do any of the online tools help with that?
