Good question. You just have to keep plugging away. Don't be tempted to spam or troll them yourself by creating fake profiles and complaining with them because google can see it's you and you'll get their backs up.
So be honest and whiter than white and keep going. If they say, for example, it's not one type of spam then go under another type. That's ok to do and I've had success this way too. You need to play down the 'business rivalry' part of it too. I know they've done an act intended to unfairly compete but you need to keep to the point of spam and improving the maps and the GMB listings.
So your problem is that the GMB and map listings are inaccurate and google has promised to keep them accurate by listening to customer feedback. So put the ball in their court, I have found that if you treat it like this, in a rational and reasonable tone and focussing on the issue (not business rivalry but spam) then you'll succeed.
Let me know how you get on. I'd be happy to continue to advise you because I want GMB and the maps spam free in the same way every decent business person does. That's another good card to play. Appeal to their better nature by saying that you've been abused by google and its a google product and its inaccurate and harming you and other users with spam.

Thank you so much sir, I will follow The same steps,
But if after This steps also not resolved Then what we can do more ?

You can get them taken down by reporting them to google using the functions on their listings. You need to be logged in and in your Maps or GMB. The spam and fake people will often have exact match entries like 'New York Plumber' and they will be attached to random addresses that are not taken by other businesses with just a phone number.
You just pick a 'spam type' from the list and then fill in a little form. The more details the better and you need to keep at it and possibly mark them a few times for different things so that google knows that they are spam and doesn't overlook them.
I've had dozens taken down like this in my city. Also you can speak directly to google if you can find the right phone number and someone will sort it for you if it's more serious (like someone impersonating you) I have had reviews taken down like this, in one on one conversations with google employees in call centres.
Google are getting better at listening to genuine concerns and I think that all the complaining you hear from people abut how it's 'impossible to get reviews taken down' or 'impossible to get map spam removed' are just lazy or not doing it correctly. Or they have an agenda. So if it's a genuine thing then you should be ok.
Sometimes they go over night, other times it takes a week but you can keep up to date because they email you whether your suggestions and complaints have been actioned or not.

Google Events Pack - Our events never show up while others not related do
When doing a search for "des moines wa events" the top results are the events pack. When we do a search, none of the events are even happening in Des Monies but in Seattle proper. Our pages have events schema on them and they do get warnings but no errors. Here is a link to one of our events pages in Des Moines that does not show up. Is there anything wrong with our page that could be preventing it from ranking? What are the factors that get events to rank in that area? What else could we be doing to improve our results?

Google My Business - duplicate and previous owner uncooperative
Hi there, One of my SEO clients, a summer camp, is having a problem with their GMB listing. They have two listings: the one they set up, with the correct address and other business info, and the one the previous camp owners set up, with an incorrect NAP. When we try to edit the duplicate listing, we're unable to verify that we own it because it's connected to the previous owner's phone number. They've passed away and their sons are now the contact, but they're not interested in helping out. Any suggestions on how to close the duplicate listing without being able to verify that it's your own business? Thanks, Susannah

1 company, 2 shop locations, 3 Google+ pages - help!
Hello, I work for a furniture retailer and I'm doing an audit of our digital presence and need a hand with our G+ pages. Thanks for reading! We are one company but with two shops, located about 10 miles apart. One shop has been established over 10 years, the other is roughly a year old. The shops are called: 'Our Company' and 'Our Company, Second Location' Each shop has its own website (which is confusing and we'll hopefully shortly revert back to just one) We currently have three Google+ profiles: the first G+ was set up a number of years ago and was set up as a personal page, not a business and it links to both shop's websites. The other two G+ pages appear to have been created when we created a Google Local listing for each shop. My questions are: What is the best tool to handle all this info across the web? Bright Local looks good. Should I junk the original G+ profile? If I do, how will I know I won't remove any important stuff from Google? Should I keep 2 G+ profiles, one for each store or have 1 G+ profile and put both store's details in there. Or should I have 3 G+ profiles: 1 for our company name, and 1 for each of our 2 locations? When I search for 'Our Company', I only ever get our original company to show in the Google Local listing on the right hand side of search results. Our second shop is shown in 'People also search for'. Is this the best I can hope for? Is there any way to control this? Both of the G+ profiles that are linked to our Google Local listings have the original G+ URL. Should I customise this and if so, are there any naming conventions I should follow? What should we do with the (2?) G+ profiles for each shop? Both have currently got no content on them. Thanks in advance for any tips and advice.

2 businesses same phone number
I was wondering how I should approach a scenario where I am optimizing two different companies websites that have the same phone number but different addresses. This sounds like a weird scenario, however it is out of my control. Is treating them as two separate companies fine, or do I have to take special precautions when submitting business directories and what not? Thanks for everyone's help! As a side note, is their a way to use Moz Local with both companies, right now it is getting confused as to what business belongs to what listing.

Site links mutually exclusive with Google+ Business?
Hey all! I've been looking at the search results for our company name (Angelsmith). Looking at our listing, our search result has title, authorship, ties in with Google+, reviews, link to map, plus the big sidebar Google+ Business result with map, logo, directions, hours, etc. Our site is well-indexed, we're using a sitemap, etc. but I notice we do not have any sitelinks under our result. And come to think of it, I can't remember seeing any search results that have authorship and Google+ listings on it AS WELL AS a nice set of sitelinks underneath. So I'm wondering: are Google+ Business and sitelinks mutually exclusive? How about authorship and sitelinks? Do we have any control over which get displayed on search results? Thanks in advance, --eric
