How to pull GMB reviews onto a webite
-
Hi Guys,
I want to get our GMB reviews example:https://cl.ly/8c33973f15eb appearing also on SERP page example: https://cl.ly/8c33973f15eb
Is it possible to pull GMB reviews and do this?
From my understanding for review rich snippets to appear you actually need the reviews housed on your website and cannot be pulled from third party like GMB.
Cheers.

Hello there!
I might need some clarification here. The screenshots look to me like they are extracted from a Google Business Profile, in which case, they are stemming directly from the reviews customers leave you on Google. If I'm misunderstanding, would you mind taking a screenshot of the whole search engine results page so I can better understand the context of where you are hoping your reviews will appear? Thanks and I'll check back on this thread.

I have mainly very short customer review comments. Shall I only publish longer ones?
Our customer reviews of products are mainly very short and many times not fully formulated sentences. Would you recommend to just publish the longer comments? I am concerned about googles evaluation of the quality of the page content.

Schema Review For Attorney wordpress website
I have a wordpress website for an attorney. I would like to implement schema markup rating/review. My client has really good reviews and I want to show the 5 stars in the SERPs. His rating is 5 out 5 stars. There are different plugins that are good only to leave a review, and the stars would only appear only for that review page in the SERPs. I would like the home page to have the stars in the SERPs. Is there a way to get it done? Thanks!

How do I get more video reviews on a new site?
Hi, I'm working on a site that has video reviews of various places. It's general information/experience that most people possess and production-wise they are selfies. These videos are then transcribed and, voila... searchable content. My problem is this... how do I get large numbers of people to go to the trouble to make a 2 minute selfie? I thought about HARO, since one could work in a plug for something, but they have a site traffic threshold that this new site isn't at. Any and all ideas on how to efficiently generate this content for a new site with very little traffic would be appreciated. Thanks!

How Does Google Deal with Negative Reviews or Mentions
I would really like to get everyone's opinion on how you all think Google deals with negative reviews, or just mentions on negative websites. One of my clients has a page on a powerful negative website (one that is designed to shame all those on it), and no other real reviews around the web. I have never seen any evidence that Google takes positive or negative reviews into account when ranking websites. But maybe one of you has? Currently when you search for my client by name, the negative website comes up second, which is obviously embarrassing for them. If we sought out a whole load of positive (obviously genuine) reviews from happy clients, do you think this might influence the prominent placement of this negative website? Also would it influence the ranking of the website in general? I would love to hear your opinions on this topic. [BTW We have already explored the path of the right to be forgotten, but it seems to be inundated so we are not holding our breaths.]

Do Local Search Efforts (Citations, NAP, Reviews) have an impact on traditional organic search listings (without the A, B, C mapping icons), but rather the traditional listings?
Are citations, NAP, Reviews, and other local search efforts impact traditional SEO listings? Can one elaborate?

What is the Ideal Structure for User Generated Product Reviews on My Site?
I apologize for the lengthy post, but I need help! Here is my current structure for product reviews: My product pages displays a set number of user product reviews before displaying a link to "see all reviews". So: http://www.domain.com/product/product-page Has product details, specs (usually generic from manufacturer) and 5 user product reviews. If there are more than 5, there is a link to see all reviews: http://www.domain.com/reviews/product-page?page=1 Where each page would display 10 user product reviews, and paginate until all user reviews are displayed. I am thinking about using the Rel Canonical tag on the paginated reviews pages to reference back to the main product page. So: http://www.domain.com/reviews/product-page?page=1 http://www.domain.com/reviews/product-page?page=2 http://www.domain.com/reviews/product-page?page=3 Would have the canonical URL of: http://www.domain.com/product/product-page Does this structure make sense? I'm unclear what strategy I should use, but currently the product review pages account for less than 2% of overall organic traffic. Thanks ahead of time!
