Moz Local Review Management/Customer Feedback help, tutorials, anything? MOZ do you even like your own tools???
-
I am STUNNED and frustrated that a great tool like Moz Local has the great feature like Review Management/Customer Feedback and have ALMOST ZERO content, tutorials, FAQs, or easily found content that quickly explains some important details. You don't have ANYTHING findable to help me explain to employers or fellow new SEOs how to implement YOUR OWN TOOL. Why? WHY???
• I have multiple locations signed up for complete features - want to share individual location with individual property managers - how?
• Exports show "recommendation" as "true" or "false" which I understand - but where in your dashboard is this explained?
• I want to customize my property review report/export - I don't need a lot of those columns which are duplicate info or unknown to the property managers. Possible?
Seriously - should not be this difficult to track down info/direction/shareable info for YOUR OWN TOOL!

Hi there,
Thanks for writing us and sorry to hear about your troubles. You can find helpful documentation regarding the Moz Local tool here: https://moz.com/help/moz-local
Unfortunately, at this time additional user access is a function limited to Moz Pro. Seated users on your account won't be able to access your Moz Local listings which is why you are not seeing anything regarding multi-seat functionality.
Customizable reports are not something that is currently offered via Moz Local but we can definitely pass along all of your feedback to our Product team for future updates.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out to us at help@moz.com. Apologies for the inconvenience!

How to add alternate addresses in Moz Local duplicate section
As someone that recently moved from an agency to a position in-house, I am appalled at the lack of support and resources for users of Moz Local that are NOT connected to an agency partner. Without a public phone number, a support rep, and nobody manning the chat... how are we supposed to get answers for the service that we paid good money for? I would like to know how to add an alternate address to the duplicate are of our listing account. We have an old address that appears everywhere but is not showing in the duplicate listing report and I'm not sure how to add it. Any help would be appreciated. A public phone number and/or tech support rep would be even better! Bryan Mull

How long do Facebook and Google pages have to be published before Moz can verify them?
Hi there. I've checked the forums and have seen similar questions, but couldn't find an answer in them. I have a listing that I imported from my Google My Business account, but it comes up as unverified for both Facebook and Google. Both pages exist, but have only been published for about 3 weeks. Both sites contain the accurate business information and are the appropriate types of pages, so the best I can determine from what I've read in the other posts is that "newly" published Facebook and Google pages may not be able to be verified by Moz Local. So the question is, what is considered "newly published"? The Facebook business page is: https://www.facebook.com/JTBentonConsulting/ The Google+ page is: https://plus.google.com/b/114469171569907148968/+JTBentonConsultingAdamstown?pageId=114469171569907148968&hl=en The name registered for Google My Business is: J T Benton Consulting - Mobile Notary Public Any ideas?

MOZ Local not picking up citations
Hello - We like using the MOZ dashboard as an indicator of SEO health but have run into an instance where we have two citations with the correct NAP that are not being picked up in the MOZ report. The City Search and InsiderPages listings were build through YEXT and have been up for two months. Is there a way to report a match to MOZ?

Moz Local Not Accepting Full Address
Hi, So we've just purchased the Agency version of Moz Local and decided to submit our agency first. Moz pulls addresses from Google and Facebook, both of which have the correct address for our business. However, when I search for our agency on Moz Local, a line from our address is missing. Moz doesn't allow you edit most of the address for spam reasons, but it lets you enter a manual 'Address Line 2', which is perfect as that's what's missing.... Unfortunately, it appears this has a very low character limit and it only accepts two of the three words in the address - 'Teesside Industrial' instead of 'Teesside Industrial Estate'! For local SEO, your address needs to be perfectly consistent across every single directory... so how do I overcome this if Moz won't allow me to enter our correct address? Cheers, Lewis

Moz Local and Telephone Number Change
I've been using Moz Local for a couple of months now and I must say it taught me a thing or two about complexity management! We recently acquired a new phone number for my business and I would like Moz Local assistance to make sure the new number gets populated out there in the wild. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Moz Local not being verified...is service area the culprit?
I've done Moz local before, and it worked without a hitch. However, this time I'm doing it for a service area business that does not show an address on Google. It's been well over a week and none of the local listings have been updated. Could this be because they require a physical address? Or, do I just need to be patient?
