Unsolved Moz Local keeps deleting my suite number
-
Hi, I entered my address on my Moz Local profile but it keeps either (1) deleting my suite number, or (2) not syncing my suite number at all to any of the websites to which it's connected. I've tried putting the suite number in Address Line 1 with the address, and by itself in Address Line 2. I've also tried typing out Suite, Ste., STE, STE., etc. - nothing works and the suite number keeps getting deleted. Very frustrated, please help.

@BleedOrange82 Did you find a solution to the "deleting your suite number". I'm having the same problem.

t sounds like there might be an issue with how the suite number is being entered or synced across the various websites.
One thing to check is whether the suite number is formatted correctly according to the standards of the postal service in your country. For example, in the US, a suite number is typically formatted as "Suite 123" or "#123", whereas in Canada it's usually "Unit 123" or "Apt 123". Double-check that the format you're using is correct.
Another thing to try is entering the suite number in a different field than the one you've been using. For example, some websites might have a specific field for suite numbers, while others might require you to enter it in the "Address Line 2" field.
Anyway, it might be worth reaching out to Moz Local's customer support team for assistance. They should be able to investigate the issue further and help you get it resolved.

“XXX Close” and “XXX Cl” showing up as inconsistencies of the same address in Moz Local checker
I was using the moz local check listing feature to check one of our clients whos addresses is “XXX Close” When i check listing in moz local i get 2 options of the site : with address “XXX Close” with address “XXX Cl” If i click on the “XXX Close” version it shows me listing where the address is written as “XXX Cl” as being inconsistent and visa versa if i click on the “XXX Cl” version. (this happens as some sites reformat the text, ive submitted them all as “XXX Close”) Is the something to be concerned about ? eg. could it effect rankings or does google understand that they are the same ?

How to create a moz local listing for a service area?
I have a client who service a very wide area, from a major city to about 100 miles north of it, they only have one location but their business is never conducted inside the office. When creating a moz local CSV, any special suggestions on how to best configure it so it's listed for a wide area? Thanks!
