How can i contact the owner of this site over copyright theft
-
Hi i am getting a bit fed up of people stealling our content and now i have come across this site that has stolen content from us but cannot find any email address or contact details and would like to know how to contact them or how to stop this site from stealling our work.
here is the site
any help would be great

good news, the content has been removed. i contacted the website they did not reply and contacted the person the website was working for and told them we would take legal action as we have done this before. they replied and have instructed the website to take down the content.
now a question. shall i still contact the hosting company and tell them what has been going on so the site is closed as it seems they are dong this to other people.
this company behind the website is working for a hypnotherapist by building links and driving traffic to the site, would love to know who the company is.
through checking i have found yesterday that the same company had taken a large number of content from us but now they have all vanished.
this is very wrong and i am just wondering if the hypnotherapy company knew what was going on or not?
this company seems to have different websites building links pretending it is fresh content.
would be interested to know more about them and what they have been charging to steal our content

I've had this happen to me on numerous occassions. I used www.copyscape.com to find the infringing material.
I first contact Google and Yahoo to have the content removed from search results. Next, a few days later, I send a DMCA complaint letter to the hosting company and the website will be removed, usually within a few hours. Then, the website owner will usually contact you and you can discuss as to how he/she will remove your content from their website.

Looks to me like an article farm. Basically, a link directory disguising itself as a blog for purposes of building links. Probably not the sort of site you actually want a link from.
I would contact the guy who runs it to see if he can be reasonable about not stealing your content. If he won't comply, I'd report him to who.is like the other poster recommended, and report him to Google here:

thanks for this. can anyone let me know what this site is about and how articles get on there. it seems to me some sort of marketing site as the article that they have stolen is http://caiii.com/weight-loss-hypnotherapy-has-become-a-vital-tool-for-weight-loss/ and the link in the article as well as the bottom of the article is a link to our competitor.
if anyone has more information about this site then i would love to hear it.

The godaddy WHOIS report is here: http://who.godaddy.com/whois.aspx?k=IjNPPd3p/1WMnGjSRP2weA==&domain=caiii.com&prog_id=GoDaddy
Shows it registered to someone named Tran Khanh
Email: khanh.tbk@gmail.com
Good luck!

look this site up on who.is and there should be a link at the bottom "Is this domain infringing on your copyright?" - could give that a go...

Duplicate content on the same site
We have a client who wants us to use the same piece of copy twice on their website. Once to promote a workshop and once to promote a conference talk. We feel this would be bad practice from a user perspective, but we were wondering how search engines would regard this? Thanks Ian

Any article sites that actually still rank welll?
Hi All! After the havoc of Panda and Penguin - are there any article sites that still rank decently for the articles within? I'm not talking about using articles to get backlinks - I want to attract visitors to the articles themselves because of the message within the article. Yes, I know that for lots of reasons my own blog would be better. In addition to that, if you want to spread the message - which sites are recommended? Thanks! Aviva

Duplicate content - 6 websites, 1 IP. Is the #1 site knocked down too?
Yes I know, running multiple websites on 1 IP isn't smart. 6 Websites with duplicate content on 1 IP is even worse. It's a technical issue we can't solve quickly. Thing is, our #1 website, which has the highest DA and PR, was the first website with all this content. All other websites we're running were launched a few months, and some a few years, later. All content was copied from the #1 website. I'd say the other websites would get knocked down by Google, because they duplicated the content. Google should see that our #1 website was the first that uploaded this content. Therefore our #1 website should rank normally. Questions is: What does Google think of duplicate content when all websites are on 1 IP? Is, or will our #1 website get punished as well?

How to best implement "metered model" on a site
Hi, I'm scratching my head over how to best implement the "metered model" on a site without users being able to game it all too easily. Has anybody in this QA forums implemented one before and is willing to share his/her best practises and findings? Currently I think raising the bar to force everybody to login is a bad idea + we would still need to open the site for google and other engines and can be tricked that way. Also this might lead to some penalty (cloaking)? Using cookies might not be enought as I think almost every Internet user these days knows that this might be the #1 place to look and they are deleted in a second. Counting based on a users IP-adress is also a bit critical as this is not accurate enough. Should we just use cookies and hope for the best?

Index pdf files but redirecto to site
Hi, One of our clients has tons of PDFs (manuals, etc.) and frequently gets good rankings for the direct PDF link. While we're happy about the PDFs attracting users' attention, we'd like to redirect them to the site where the original PDF link is published and avoid that people open the pdf directly. In short, we'd like to index the PDFs, but show to users the pdf link within a site - how should we proceed to do that? Thanks, GM
