SEO Moz Bug? Universal Placements
-
Had a quick look around and can't find anything relating to this. We are doing really well with our universal placements, google places etc. SEOMoz used to recognise them, but now I have no universal placements according to SEOMoz, though they are clearly all still doing well.
But in the program, or problem with the data?
Thanks
Marc

Marc,
I do see what you are talking about. I am going to start a ticket, you should see that in your box in the next couple hours. That way I can do a couple of tests to confirm the results and let you know something I've noticed on your account. Thanks for your patience and I hope we resolve this soon
Best,
PeterMoz Help Team.

Thanks for the update, but still no dice.
Please search in google for "bike shop in bournemouth"
or use this link: http://www.google.co.uk/#q=bike+shop+in+bournemouth&oq=bike+shop+in+bournemouth&fp=1
You should clearly see that Bournemouth Cycleworks is the no.1 places ranking.
My report shows that I am number 15, which is true for the organic rankings.
Also, on my rankings reports, my universal placements overview is showing 0 across local, images and video. I know this to not be the case.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Still having a problem with this. Any news on a fix?
-
Hey Marc,
Thanks for reaching out. We are having some troubles with the Universal Results right now. It shouldn't be too much longer and we'll have those included with your rankings as normal.
I'm sorry for any inconvenience that causes.
Please let me know right away if you have any other questions.Cheers,
Joel.

Moz and HubSpot SSL - crawl error?
I'm getting an error message when Moz tries to crawl my site, however when I check in Google Search Console, they return no errors. Our site is hosted on HubSpot. Is Moz still having trouble crawling HubSpot sites that have enabled their SSL? I read an article that this should have been corrected in early 2017, but I'm getting an error.

How to do an SEO audit
Hi all, I am new to SEO at my company and I would like to complete a SEO audit. As a beginner, I am unsure as the depth to go in to this. A template for such an audit would be amazing! Can this be done without much technical help from the development team is the main question. They often seem stretched with current projects. I'd love to be able to show through the audit the state of our current SEO and then prioritize changes based on data. Some practical tips and suggestions on tools is greatly appreciated because through measuring the correct data, I will be able to put a case of which areas of our SEO needs work on. I really hope you can help me with this! Thanks,

Url-delimiter vs. SEO
Hi all, Our customer is building a new homepage. Therefore, they use pages, which are generated out of a special module. Like a blog-page out of the blog-module (not only for blogs, also for lightboxes). For that, the programmer is using an url-delimiter for his url-parsing. The url-delimiter is for example a /b/ or /s/. The url would look like this: www.test.ch/de/blog/b/an-article www.test.ch/de/s/management-coaching Does the url-delimiter (/b/ or /s/ in the url) have a negative influence on SEO? Should we remove the /b/ or /s/ for a better seo-performance Thank you in advance for your feedback. Greetings. Samuel

Why is moz saying I have a 404 error?
I recently asked a question on here about how to fix my 404 error. I figured it out, and now webmaster tools says it's not there any more. This as been confirmed by keeping watch for about a week now. But Moz just crawled my site today and is for some reason showing an error. Am i missing something here or is Moz a little slow sometimes?

Firefox Export to pdf Bug?
UPDATED: Okay, it works in Chrome, but not Firefox 13.0.1. In Chrome, a new page is loaded with the .pdf, but in Firefox the page is requested, i can see the keyword and the URL being passed to SEOmoz, but there doesn't seem to be any response and the page is neither reloaded or redirected. Nothing happens. I'm happy to use Chrome, but is this a bug for Firefox 13? Does anyone else experience the same lack of result in Firefox? Thank you, Michael I run an Onpage Analysis Report, and click the "Export to PDF" button. The page shows as connecting, but then when it stops, I'm still on the same page and cannot find the pdf in my inbox or in my downloads file. Where do I go to retrieve the pdf once it's generated? Thank you! Michael

SEO Web Crawler - Referrer Lists XML Sitemap URL
Hello!, I recently ran the crawl tool on a client site. Opening up the file, I noticed that the referring URLs listed are my XML sitemaps and not (X)HTML pages. Any reason or thoughts behind why this is happening? Thanks!

Which Moz Rank and I'm seeing External or both external and internal?
I found this on the MOZ site. It confused me. "Whereas MozRank measures the link juice (ranking power) of both internal and external links, external MozRank measures only the amount of mozRank flowing through external links (links located on a separate domain). Because external links can play an important role as independent endorsements, external mozRank is an important metric for predicting search engine rankings." In the tool bar and other places in Moz am I seeing the combo Internal or the External and how do I get to each? Maybe I'm just reading this wrong. 🙂
