Page Title showing Twice when I check it through Moz Bar

Hello Experts,
I have a brand new website. And I know I have to do lot of things and make changes for better SEO. With that in mind, I recently installed Mozbar.
I was checking one of my posts the other day and noticed Page Title is appearing twice in Mozbar.Please see the screenshot below. Could you please guide me what could be causing this? FYI, I have installed Yoast SEO Plugin.
Also, I can see "Alt Text" is picking lot many words which are from other images or posts...Is there any way to customize that as well?

Hey there! Tawny from Moz's Help Team here. I think I can help explain what you're seeing in the MozBar.
I took a look at that page, and it looks like there's more than one title tag in the source code: https://www.screencast.com/t/exH7aqRt0
Best practice would be to have just one title tag in place for each page.
As for that Alt Text, I found that in the source code as well: https://www.screencast.com/t/OruvfWwtqJ
It might be worth sitting down with your web developer and making sure that just the text you want to appear as Alt Text is in those alt tags in the code.

Moz on-page grader can't see keyword in H1

On Page Grader - URL not accessible
We have tried to use the On Page Grader today and it is coming back with URL not accessible for all pages on our website. We previously used the On Page Grader on Friday 10th Nov for a couple of product pages with no issues. Since then, the only changes we have made on the websites is updating some downloadable documents. We have done this several times before and it has never affected Moz. We have not changed the page URLs, and therefore do not know why it is now not working. The pages are working fine on the website with no issues. My crawl report only shows 1 link
Hello, I've tried a crawl for the site www.doctify.co.uk and it's only returned 1 link in the report which is the homepage. Do you know what the issue could be? Thanks, Nina

URLS appearing twice in Moz crawl
I have asked this question before and got a Moz response to which i replied but no reply after that. Hi, We have noticed in our moz crawl that urls are appearing twice so urls like this - http://www.recyclingbins.co.uk/about/ www.recyclingbins.co.uk/about/ Thought it may be possible rel=canonical issue as can find URL's but no linking URL's to the pages. Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you Jon I did the crawl test and they were not there

OnPage Reports - Duplicate titles and meta descriptions
Hi Moz, I know you guys changed your interface awhile back but I have a question about the new reports. On the old interface, I used to use a report that would automatically run when I created a new account letting me know where the dup titles and meta descriptions were on an entire site. Does anyone have a good article or video on how to read the SEO MOZ crawl report column by column?
I am trying to find a good how-to on how to read and analyze each column of the SEO MOZ crawl report, specifically, the excel sheet it allows you to export. What I'm really trying to get to the bottom of is what the "Yes" indiciates under rel-cononical. If it says "yes," does this mean that the link in question has been canonoicalized?

On-page Grader and Cyrillic keywords
Hi all, I'm trying out the On-page grader and i see "funny" output when it comes to cyrillic keywords. I can see 73 occurrences in the title, 108 in the meta description tag, 34 in the H1 tag, etc. etc... Of course, these are not correct and i've manually checked. I've tested a few other pages in Bulgarian, using Cyrillic kewords... same story 😞 Please, let me know if there's something i'm missing, as this is crucial for my work. Thanks in advance.

When Moz provides an on-page grade report card, what tells Moz which keyword to grade for?
I just started working with the on-page grader and of couse am particularly interested in fixing my pages with not so stellar grades. Can someone tell me how SEO Moz decides what keyword to grade a page for? I receive a report each week that tells me how many pages I have with A's, B's etc. But what tells Moz to grade a page for a particular keyword? Is it the first keyword listed in the meta description?
