Moz Local Rank Dropped After Signing Up

I bought the Moz Local Plus (medium package), I submitted all my info including pictures, address, phone etc. When I look at my Google Business Listing, the address got taken off and I dropped to page 2 of maps from 1st page... Is this normal until all the citations get updated? I just signed up yesterday

I've had a look at your Moz Local Profile. It looks like you've set up your profile as a Service Area Business, with this selected in your Moz Local Profile your business address won't be submitted to our partner directories or connected platforms. This is in line with GMB guidelines for representing your SAB businesses online.

I am new to MOZ
I just purchased MOZ local for a client on a brand new location. I had already submitted the NAP to the big four google, yahoo, bing, yelp. I purchased the 99/year basic plan and now I am a bit confused. Will MOZ submit to the local directories in the network or out of the network that does not have a listing in place (Business New Address) so no listings exist besides the ones I mentioned. Also, it says it will send it to all four aggregators, is this true and how can I verify? Can someone explain what I should expect? YIKES, I hope this is not a dumb question for those MOZer gurus :). If it doesn't what did I just buy? A way to monitor Google? Please assist. I need to get NAP data out there for local directories for a customer. Should I have done this a different way? “XXX Close” and “XXX Cl” showing up as inconsistencies of the same address in Moz Local checker
I was using the moz local check listing feature to check one of our clients whos addresses is “XXX Close” When i check listing in moz local i get 2 options of the site : with address “XXX Close” with address “XXX Cl” If i click on the “XXX Close” version it shows me listing where the address is written as “XXX Cl” as being inconsistent and visa versa if i click on the “XXX Cl” version. (this happens as some sites reformat the text, ive submitted them all as “XXX Close”) Is the something to be concerned about ? eg. could it effect rankings or does google understand that they are the same ?

Is there a way to transfer ownership of a Moz Local Listing to another account?
I have a past client who is interested in taking over the management of their own Moz Local account. I've looked through the resource material, but have not found any information on if it is possible to transfer ownership. Has anyone else had experience with this or know a solution? Thanks!

Facebook page has disappeared from moz local
My facebook page is very active and very much complete. This was shown on moz local up until a week ago. I have changed nothing on facebook but now moz local shows that it is 0% complete and only gives the option of creating a listing. How do i rectify?

Moz Local - Needed for good measure?
Hello, Before Moz Local was released, I had worked with a 3rd party vendor and established citations throughout several, several domains. There may had been some directories, such as the databases, that we were unsuccessful at because we're 70 locations and they wanted to charge high fees for bulk. We also were unsuccessful with Yahoo, Yellow Pages and Citysearch (for various reasons that are too complex to get into here). 1. Would it be beneficial to also use Moz Local for good measure and to cover some, if not all, domains we had difficulties with? 2. Would that be duplicating our efforts and/or cause duplicate listings? 3. Can we cherry-pick which domains we want? Thanks.

Updating a Business name only in Moz Local.
My clients business changed their name. When I updated the CSV with the new business name in Moz Local it created a brand new business listing. Is there a better way to update only the business name?

Moz Local and Google+ Listing Issue
Hey Guys, I wonder if anyone can help me. I have already contacted the moz support team but they were no help. I am extremely disappointed with their service so far. Now to verify the listing on Moz Local, they say that you either fix the Google Listing or correct the CSV so it matches the Google listing. - I corrected the CSV to match the Google listing. Since the FAQ states that you can updated the listing at anytime by uploading an we CSV file, I did not see a problem with this. However, After contacting support they told me that the FAQ was incorrect and that you can't just update the CSV, you actually have to also manually update the Google listing. My Google local listing has the wrong information listed. We do not have control of this listing I have been trying to claim it, I have also already contacted Google Local help but it's a lost cause so far. So I am asking, How are you guys claiming your Google listings when the listings are already claimed. Also I have already been submitting changes to Google Map Maker but change keep getting denied. Any help is appreciated.
