Hi everyone! Looking for a bit of help here. This message keeps popping up when I try to put in my url (www.qltyctrl.com).

I've tried qltyctrl.com, www.qltyctrl.com, and http://www.qltyctrl.com and nothing works. Can someone help me out here?

Hey Keith,

Thanks for writing in and sorry for the trouble! It seems that some DNS hosts are blocking our servers from reaching some sites, which causes this error to be thrown for those sites. Our engineers are working to get our servers white-listed with these DNS hosts so I am going to send your site information to them so they can investigate if this is the same issue happening with your site. In order to do that, I will need to create an email in our support desk, so you will receive an email from me shortly and I will follow up with you there once I have an update.

Moz site crawl doesn't work

The Moz site crawl isn't working for my campaign, but works for the site's on demand crawl. The search should not be disallowed by robots.txt or the headers. I'd like to be able to track the website for the campaign so I can see SEO gains / losses and increases / decreases in indexing.

901 error code showing url back to back in crawl

Hi Everyone, I'm absolutely dumbfounded about this 901 issue (showing pages with our url back to back). Our site is hosted on Big Commerce: https://www.santabarbarachocolate.com When I look for these pages being crawled I don't find them. I've called BC for help and I can't seem to find a solution or where to turn as to how to fix the issue at hand or even if it matters. Please see below what the Moz crawl shows. Could this be related to Yotpo or some app we have running? Or does this even matter and does it have any influence on rank? Do you have recommendations or ideas? Thanks so much. I set up a custom report to be sent to me daily about a week ago, but I haven't received any of them yet?

How long do they really take? I think I opted in to receive emails from MOZ but I didn't see that as an option on the email form. I need to be able to rely on the assumption that if I set up a custom email to send that it will in fact send.

Error help for newbie please

Hi, I signed up after seeing the videos on Udemy and YouTube (white board Friday) So I've started the free trial and am looking forward to getting my site ranking higher. I've crawled my site www.sussexchef.com and its come back with the following errors (please see below. 608 I'm sure this information is very important but I have no idea how to fix the 608, I found a robots.txt in my directory and deleted it as I think that maybe the problem? I crawled the site twice by accident so will have to wait till tomorrow to find out? 404 I found it quite hard to find the broken links at first but once I realized all the information I needed was in the table I think I got them all. did I miss a tutorial or am I just a little out of my depth here? 503 I have no idea how to fix these, I can click the links and it takes my to that page or file. so how can it be the server down? Or is this because they are links to PDF's? should i convert them to jpegs and give them meta data? I'd be grateful for any help anyone has to offer as I'm keen to learn how to promote my site better. Everything is empty, no stats displayed for 3 days. How long it takes for data to appear?

Everything in my Moz Analytics campaign is empty. Shows either "-" or "0". How long does it take for some data to appear? 3 days ago I have set up the Campaign, connected Google Analytics, Set up keywords, etc. Every day I receive 4 copies of same identical email from Moz, "New Crawl Complete for ..." I go to moz analytics and nothing has changed. Still zeroes and no data. So Moz Analytics doesn't do anything, doesn't show any stats, sends multiple bogus emails. Looks like moz analytics is totally broken? Not even beta quality. Yet to sign up I had to provide my credit card.

I'm new to Moz, where can I find something that explains the basics of everything?

For instance how do I use the Rank Tracker or Keyword Tool. I want to get the most out of Moz and I need a resource that explains it. Thanks
