Why has only one page been crawled?
-
I went over the list of possible reasons, but I don't think any of them apply to the site in question: sarahhueniken.com.
Any other reasons only one page would be crawled?

Hi Laura,
I'm sorry that you're having this issue! The best bet is to contact help@moz.com and we can look directly at your campaign and see what's happening. Thank you!

We are currently having an issue where some campaigns are only getting a couple of pages crawled. If you send a note to help@seomoz.org we'll look into it via the help desk. Thanks!

Have the same problem here with www.apartmanyhrabovo.com, everything was working fine until today when I got the message: "Pages Crawled: 1" anyone know where the problem could be?
-
Was this the list of possible reasons you looked at? http://seomoz.zendesk.com/entries/409821-why-isn-t-my-site-being-crawled-you-only-crawled-one-page If not, that may offer some advice. Are you still having this problem, or did you figure it out?
-
As long as the other campaigns which have already crawled hundreds of pages.
Thanks!
-
How long have you had the Campaign set up on SEOmoz?
-
I'm not concerned about Googlebots. I'm concerned about the information about the site that I'm not getting from SEOmoz. To clarify, why isn't SEOmoz crawling the site? No point in me having an account if I don't learn anything from it.
-
The non-www version has dozens of pages indexed in Google when you use [site:sarahhueniken.com] as the query. Open Site Explorer does show links from your home page and from external pages into other pages within the site, if you select links from all pages to pages on the root domain.
-
Hmm, I've taken a look at your site, and I now realise your concern. All of the links are followed and your site looks fully index-able by the Bots...
I assume from this that the only reason the pages were not crawled was due to the lack of inbound links to your deep pages.
Bots do not necessarily crawl all pages linked to from the home page - although this is usually the case. Perhaps try writing an article about each page and submitting it to an article directory with a link pointing to each deep page. That should help!
-
Wouldn't the SEOmoz bot naturally follow all links on the homepage?
-
Crawled by what? The SEOmoz bot,or Google Bot? In both cases, it is probably down to the linking structure both internally and externally.

Building a new page: What on-page SEO would you build in?
Hi all, Building a new page for a fairly competitive keyword. Need to make sure the on-page SEO is pretty top notch, because link building (including internal links) will be difficult. I've optimised the meta description, the alt tags and image names, and included the keyword in the Title Tags. Not a great deal I can do with regards to optimising for mobile or considering migrating to the AMP project because this is handled externally. What else would you suggest? Cheers in advance, Rhys

Duplication in landing page
This is driving me mad, I have a site that for some reason google and moz pick up the landing page as a duplicate. They see "mysite/" and "mysite/index.html" as two different pages and giving me warnings for duplication. I have no 301 included at this time and I am using foundation as the base. This is occurring both on a localhost test bed and live....... anyone got an idea how to correct.

Two keyowrds for one page
Hi there! I just optimize two pages for the same keyword as I didn't find a especific keyword for each one independently. On the other hand, these keyword was "suitalbe" for the same two pages. Obviously Google will have to "make a decision" regarding what page should it be indexed in the first postion? In what aspects or elements of the page should I incide in order to give priority to one page more than the other one? Thnaks

Duplicate Page Content on Empty Manufacturer Pages
I work for an internet retailer that specializes in pet supplies and medications. I was going through the Crawl Diagnostics for our website, and I saw in the Duplicate Page Content section that some of our manufacturer pages were getting flagged. The way our site is set up is that when products are discontinued we mark them as discontinued and use 301 redirects to redirect their URLs to other relevant products, brands, or our homepage. We do the same thing with brand and manufacturer pages if all of their products are discontinued. 90% of the time, this is a manual process. However, the other 10% of the time certain products come and go automatically as part of our inventory system with one of our fulfillment partners. This can sometimes create empty manufacturer pages. I can't redirect these empty pages because there's a chance that products will be brought back in stock and the page will be populated again. What can we do so that these pages won't get marked as duplicates while they're empty? Write unique short descriptions about the companies? Would the placement of these short descriptions matter--top of the page under the category name vs bottom of the page underneath where the products would go? The links in the left sidebar, top, and in the footer our part of our site architecture, so those are always going to be the same. To contrast, here's what a manufacturer page with products looks like: Thanks! http://www.vetdepot.com/littermaid-manufacturer.html

Page Title - What is better?
Hi SEO Heads, I have another question if someone would be so kind in answering What page title of the 2 below is better for SEO (i) Chocolate Cake|Chocolate Cake Recipe|Xmas Cake or (ii) Chocolate Cake | Chocolate Cake Recipe | Xmas Cake As you can see (ii) Page Title has a space before and after the | (vertical bar) I know the second page title looks better to human eyes but on some pages I had to forego the space so i could fit my keywords in the page title. is this a good idea? Can anyone help me? Cheers Aidan

Home Page SEO
Hi! We recently re-designed our home page in early March. After Google panda, we re-tweaked it again, before we take it live, we really want to get some expert's opinions. We would be grateful for any comments/suggestions/feedback, particularly in the following area (you will need to click a few times to get the page to real size): is the bottom content ok? please scroll down all the way. 2) We used semantic keywords for 5-6 anchor interlinks to the same page to promote core products from the home page. Is this too much? 80% links on the footer is a repetition of header navigation links, do these footer serve any SEO value or is it over - optimization? Here is the URL: https://www.dropbox.com/gallery/36547134/1/WebDesign?h=109d4a Thanks a lot!
