Term Extractor Tool?

I want to check content (Keyword Density and such) for a page before I load it to the server. The Term Extractor Tool is great for pages already loaded on the site but what if I want to scan content before I upload it? Is there a tool out there where I can cut and paste content from a program like word and have it scanned for keyword relevancy prior to uploading it?

On-site optimization: Do we need local terms inside subpages?
We're optimizing a franchise's website for local SEO, where each franchise location has its own page on the main corporate site. We've identified a lot of keywords which are relevant for each location. But I'm wondering if we need to include the location as part of the keyword we're optimizing for. For example, picture "best yoga studio" as a keyword that is relevant, and the franchise has locations in San Francisco and San Mateo. Do we need to optimize for "best yoga studio san francisco" on the San Francisco subpage and "best yoga studio san mateo" on the San Mateo subpage? Or do we optimize for "best yoga studio" and is Google smart enough to return the San Francisco page for San Francisco searchers and San Mateo for San Mateo searchers, without our additional on-page optimization? I should mention that the franchise sub-page is being submitted via Moz Local and will have all the Google business listing, consistent citations, etc. Thanks in advance, --eric

Is thumbnail text crawlable/lists of product names considered as normal copy in terms of keywords?
On a page that lists products (thumbnail text repeating the same word when you sell variations of the same thing) and also has copy at the bottom, are the product names crawlable? Is it better to avoid repeating the keyword in the copy? Can you get penalised for it?

Why Aren’t All My XML Sitemap Images Indexed in Webmaster Tools?
Hi, Here is our main sitemap http://www.vistastores.com/newsitemap/main_sitemap.xml We have submitted all category wise sitemap having Image Tags : For eg - Ac Category http://www.vistastores.com/newsitemap/window_ac_sitemap.xml contains iamge tag - image:imageimage:locimage:captionimage:title</image:title></image:caption></image:loc></image:image> All our 142 category pages includes these format. When Adding content to the site. Should I use the same keyword term on each page or select a secondary keyword to focus on?
I have created a site www.autoinsurancefremontca.com. The index page is SEO for the key term auto insurance fremont ca. I want to add more content on another page of this site. Should I have that page also SEO'd for the same keyword or should I pick another keyword to focus on?

Indexed pages in Google webmaster tools
Hi Mozzers, Very quick question. Google WM tools interface has updated and I want to confirm I'm looking at the correct figure. If I look up 'Your site on the web' / 'search queries' / then the 'pages' - this is correct indexation figure yes? This differs from the 'site:' command but that's always the case. Paid CTR Vs Organic CTR for high ranked terms - say average position 2 in Adwords and average position of 4 in Google SERP
Consider a situation where we are getting 5000 impressions for a term in Adwords and Bing/Yahoo and the same term with the same landing page is ranked within top 5 positions of Google and Bing search. If we get 2.00% CTR in Paid - Adwords and MSN average, What will be the acceptable Organic CTR - which is available in webmaster tool? Apart from Title and Description, what are the other areas need improvement to increase Organic CTR?
