SEO for product dimensions

I am taking over a new project that offers high price large products. I am trying to decide on the best way to do some SEO on the product titles, etc.
for best practices what do ya'll recommend
right now we're doing:
10' H x 10' W x 12' D product name blah blah blah
and other thoughts on how to be more efficient in this?

I highly suggest reading our URL best practices. I've particularly found the URL cheat sheet really helpful when deciding my URL structure.
When I worked in an e-commerce shop (selling clothing), we built our URL as: http://www.mysite.com/category/subcategory/productname or http://www.mysite.com/mens/shirts/bob-vines-long-sleeve-shirt
Categories in URLs are really helpful for association with groupings of products in search. (I wouldn't go more than 2 levels here.) You also want to put relevant details to the product in the product name that the customer might be searching. Things you want to think of: what will a customer call this product, special parameters, year made, color, brand (if you sell more than one brand), etc.

Best SEO-friendly CMS platform?
I have been tasked with rebuilding a small e-commerce website using a CMS, but I'm not sure which one has the most SEO compatibility. One SEO company recommended Squarespace. Another warned me against Squarespace because of its limited SEO features and instead recommended Wordpress with the WooCommerce toolkit. I've also heard Drupal and Joomla mentioned. Are certain CMS platforms more SEO-friendly? If so, what are the best ones that can also handle e-commerce? Thanks!

Optimizing a Wordpress Blog For SEO
Besides the standard Yoast for SEO plugin tweaks, I'm researching best practices when setting up a wordpress blog. In this instance, the "front end" of the site would be hardcoded static pages designed for an e-commerce site, while there would also be a /blog/ attached to the site - for blog posts, fresh content, etc.

What is the best information architecture for developing local seo pages?
I think I have a good handle on the external local seo factors such as citations but I'd like to determine the best IA layout for starting a new site or adding new content to a local site. I see lots of small sites with duplicate content pages for each town/area which I know is poor practice. I also see sites that have unique content for each of those pages but it seems like bad design practice, from a user perspective, to create so many pages just for the search engines. To the example... My remodeling company needs to have some top level pages on its site to help the customers learn about my product, call these "Kitchen Remodeling" and "Bathroom Remodeling" for our purposes. Should I build these pages to be helpful to the customer without worrying too much about the SEO for now and focus on subfolders for my immediate area which would target keywords like "Kitchen Remodeling Mytown"? Aside from my future site, which is not a priority, I would like to be equipped to advise on best practices for the website development in situations where I am involved at the beginning of the process rather than just making the local SEO fit after the fact. Website using javascript to serve up content - SEO Friendly?
I'm checking out a dentist website http://www.sagedentalnj.com/ I was referred by a friend so just taking a little peek at it. When you click on the menu items, the url at the top doesn't change. When you view source, the page titles are all the same. when I do site:http://www.sagedentalnj.com/ none of his pages are indexed by google. What can be done with his site so that google sees his pages? Maybe submit sitemap?
