Moz's customer service. Is this normal?
-
A few days ago I noticed an issue with the on-page optimizer, when I couldn't find a solution, or even any mention of the problem in the forum I posted a ticket at the help desk.
After ten hours I got a generic reply that didn't answer my ticket so I posted saying so.
After two days of not getting any reaction I looked through the forums again, this time searching for reactions about Moz's help desk. I found the post saying that sometimes the mail with a reply isn't received correctly so I went to the page of the ticket.
Here I saw that not only didn't I get an answer but my issue had been marked as solved, even though my last message clearly stated that it wasn't. This was three days ago.So my question is, is this how Moz usually treats it's clients? I'm new and my free trial is about to expire. At this point Moz should be impressing me with their great tools and services, convincing me it's worth my money. If I can barely get their attention now I don't expect it to change once I have payed them.

In my experience SEOmoz team have the best customer service and they do reply quickly with humbleness. Well obviously sometimes things can go wrong but i guess if you try again and mention your complete problem in detail, I am sure roger will look in to it and will try to help you fixing your problem as quickly as possible.

I'll try that, thanks.
-
Well, I wanted an answer that was relevant to my question, maybe to much to ask?
-
My experience has been excellent.
Could it be that your query was answered, but not the answer you wanted? -
That's definitely not SEOMoz's usual customer service. So far, I've always gotten very quick and helpful responses. Mistakes can happen though - reply again to your thread and I'm sure you'll get an answer quickly.

Ahrefs vs Moz
Hi! I noticed the Moz DA en the Ahrefs DA are very different. Where https://www.123opzeggen.nl/ has a DA of 10 at MOZ, the DA at Ahrefs is 26. Where does this big difference come from? Do you measure in different ways? I hope you can answer this question for me. Thank you in advance!

Moz shows duplicate content, but URL's are tagged with campaign tags
Crawl diagnostics shows a lot of pages with duplicate content, but when I check the details, I see that it lists the same page but the url contains a campaign tag, so it's not really another page that is serving identical content... Is there a way to remove these pages out of the Crawl Diagnostics?

How do I validate the domain name http://www.abc.com to always ensure the inclusion of the default english data? MOZ Do I need to create 3 campaigns (one per language) and if yes, again how do I handle http://www.abc.com which should exclude /fr and /de? Thank you

Internal and external links showing in Webmaster Tools but not in MOZ
Hi there I set up a campaign 2 weeks ago but I am registering zero internal or external links for my website. It's a small site with only about 300 external links but they show in Webmaster tools but not in my link report or Open Site Explorer. Do I need to wait until the next OSE crawl or is something wrong with my set up? Thanks in advance! Laurie

SERP Overlay Won't Show Up
I'm using the latest version of Chrome. I'm logged into Moz and the SERP Overlay is turned on. I turn it off and on again, and then it says "loading" beneath all the search results. Any answers would be appreciated, thanks!

How do i fix the problem of having 2 url's splitting my rankings?
please excuse my noobness. i have a nice site, www.soundsenglish.com which I built from scratch and learned by doing. It has lots of nice content and it does ok, my rankings are woeful mostly cos of all the mistakes i made building it...i'll fix that stuff. This stuff i don't know about. from my adsense i get 2 listings www.soundsenglish.com and soundsenglish.com wierdly the second one gets consistently higher paying ads although most of the visitors come through the first but they are both the same landing page same content -as far as i can tell. when i try to find rankings, use the seo tools etc i get diferent scores, so whatever it is, it is splitting the sites - can't be a good thing. i have no idea why this happens and i have some inkling that maybe i need something to do with cannonical redirects or maybe a 301 redirect. both of which i have little idea how to do. If that isn't enough naive blundering about for you, i have a little more... it occurs to me that this prpoblem is probably happening with every page on my site, i.e. the 'juice ' is not getting credited onto that one page. this surely means cannonical redirects but even afterreading up on them idon't quite get it. or rather ido but idon;t get how to apply it to my context.
