Best way to generate analytics reports for listing style website
-
I'm working on a website that includes dedicated pages for ~40 local businesses, and I need to be able to generate and export some basic reports I can send to each business.
The data I need for each report is split between general sitewide data:
- total number of visitors to the site for month.
- number of visitors to each main category page
- what country they are from (main countries) - top 5
- traffic source / keywords
- avg time on site
As well as specific data for each individual page:
- how many people viewed specific total pages
- Time spent on individual page.
Would this be possible with custom reports in analytics? I can see the number of different reports being difficult to maintain, especially as site grows. Anyone had expereince on a similar site of ideas on the best way to do this?
Thanks

I've managed to create a custom dashboard that gives me all the general stats EXCEPT for number of visits to each main page e.g. venues, services, accommodation
I've tried creating a table widget that displays page and pageviews which gives me some of the data I want, but I want to limit this to certain URLs. I can filter it to 1 URL, but when I add more filters for different URLs it doesn't work. I need to do and OR filter, but when I setup 2 pages it just shows no data.
Is there an easier way to get this data? I want to measure visits for ~6 main pages.
Thanks

Moving wordpress themes, any best practices on setting up Google Analytics for the change?
We currently have a mess of filters and views in our Google Analytics instance. We have a chance to make a clean start. Wondering if creating a whole new property is a good idea? Or just some additional views? Any other pointers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Drop In Analytics
So I have a site that was getting about 200 hits (not a lot). They came to me and asked to do SEO. There were over 50 pages in HTML format so I created header/footers and changed the .html pages to .php. I set forwards up in the htaccess and everything. I did everything that I was suppose to. Now when I go to the analytics it almost looks like it lost all it's traffic from the keywords it was ranked in. Any ideas on why?
