Reported data in Multi-channel funnels in GA wrong?
-
I'd love to start using the Multi-channel funnels feature in Google Analytics but I have zero confidence in the reported data as it seems to bear no relationship to the standard ecomm reports.
To be specific, in August 2013, MCF is reporting the following for email campaigns:
Assisted conversions = 20
Assisted conversion value = £1,405.91
Last Click or Direct Conversions = 14
Last Click or Direct Conversion Value = £369.57Now switching to the traffic sources report, GA reports for the email campaigns revenue was £1,226,41 over the same period across 21 transactions. My interpretation of this is that the email campaigns were the "last-click" and delivered £1,226,41 and 21 "conversions" (as I have no goals configured in this GA view, conversions = transactions I believe)
That leaves the MCF last-click report short by £856.84 (£1,226,41 - £369.57)
I can see no reason why this should be so unless I'm not interpreting the data correctly!
Anybody have any suggestions/ideas as to what's going on?
Any help appreciated.

Make sure under the MCF "Explorer" tab, you have "Conversions" selected and not "Assisting Interactions Analysis"

Disabling Hubspot AMP plugin - impact on GA
Hello, all!

What impact have you seen if you've used the Hubspot AMP plugin and then disabled it?
We saw a big jump in sessions, which is weird because GA was tracking AMP pages. I'm trying to wrap my head around why this is happening but my brain isn't working 🙂0 -

Big discrepancy between GA an GSC
Hey! I would really appreciate if someone could help me on this 🙂 I have a website with separate mobile and desktop versions, on GSC I see a huge drop in the number of clicks on the mobile website and an increase in the number of clicks on the desktop website, however this isn't reflected at all in GA. GA shows that mobile traffic hasn't increased for any version of the website and the webpages losing traffic according to GSC are flat/growing on GA (even if I look at traffic coming from organic only). Has anyone experienced something similar or has any possible explanation? Thanks!

How is this site being tracked in GA?
Hi, Bit of an unusual one this, so please bear with me. This site http://www.hayesandhurst.com/ is being tracked in Google Analytics but we're unsure as to how. To the best of our knowledge we haven't inserted the tracking ID into the theme options or the tracking code into the source - and yet it appears to be tracking successfully! I did send some instructions to the client to set up the Analytics account in their name - I fear they have added the code somewhere to the site, but we cannot see where! Perhaps via Google tag Manager?? As I say, an odd one this, but if anyone can shed any light on this mystery i'd be hugely grateful. The tracking ID is UA-64505394-1 for the record. Regards,

How do you handle a "too many inbound links" notice on your crawl diagnostics report?
How do you handle a "too many inbound links" notice on your crawl diagnostics report? The url's identified come from our blog....is it reading all the blog post URL's and giving me a notice? Is this ok to leave all the links? Or would anyone recommend no follow tags on all of our blog posts?

I am showing no (not provided) visits in GA. Is that possible?
When reviewing Organic search traffic on my site, there no (not provided) visits. Not one. I searched for the term while viewing all keyword visits and still nothing! I find that hard to believe that is possible with 6,000 monthly visits. Is something wrong? Help?!
