Hi everyone! Looking for a bit of help here. This message keeps popping up when I try to put in my url (www.qltyctrl.com).
I've tried qltyctrl.com, www.qltyctrl.com, and http://www.qltyctrl.com and nothing works. Can someone help me out here?

Thanks for writing in and sorry for the trouble! It seems that some DNS hosts are blocking our servers from reaching some sites, which causes this error to be thrown for those sites. Our engineers are working to get our servers white-listed with these DNS hosts so I am going to send your site information to them so they can investigate if this is the same issue happening with your site. How to authenticate Moz crawler so that others don't use Rogerbot useragent to scrape data from our site?
Is there any way to authenticate genuine Moz crawler. Because, our website keeps getting scrapping attacks and if there is no way to authenticate Moz crawler, then, any scraper can just set user agent as Rogerbot and scrape all our pages. Is there a fixed IP that can be used or any other customization that will help us authenticate and allow only Moz crawler to crawl our site. Looking forward to a solution to this problem. We haven't been able to use Moz crawler due to this issue.

Hi When I try to setup a campaign for protecvinduer.dk, I get the message: "Oops! It looks like we had an issue creating your campaign. Go ahead and try again in a few minutes." I've tried for two days now, and still not working. When I try creating campaigns for other domains, I can succesfully create these. Please assist. Thanks.

Moz Analytics - How can I turn a whole report to 'Monthly'?
Hello, After spending 3 days setting up 14 clients on this system, by this, I mean I went through each client and re-made the same report 14 times as there is no alternative..I have noticed on my reports that: 'Dashboard' is set to 'Weekly' Social is set to 'Daily' Branding is set to 'Monthly' First questions, when I try to run a report, I go to Add Module and change 'Weekly' to 'Monthly', but when I press next, it changes itself back again, am I doing something wrong? UPDATE: I have found that I have go back in the reports, change the heading to 'Monthly' and then re-add this section again. How can I just run a whole report with monthly values? Surely, I do not have to re-do the entire report AGAIN, just to get a different value? I am mortified at how unfinished this product is, if this is the case.

Why can't I add more than one campaign in my trial version of MOZ?
Hi, I'm on the 30 day trial and I can only run one campaign right now. I thought I could add in 5 campaigns. When I go into Manage Campaigns the 'add a campaign' button is light blue and I can't click it. Is this just because I'm on the trial? Or should I be able to add 4 more campaigns?
