How to designate facebook share image?

Is there a bit of code or someway I can tell facebook, this is the image that should be used as default when this blog post or page is shared?

Hi Tyler,
This should do it. If you don't do this facebook will scan all the pics and give a user an option to choose out of the scanned images. If the above is used once it will give one default image to be selected. You can use multiple og:image tags to allow the user to chose multiple default images that you have selected.

Is a Facebook lookalike audience a good idea when audience requires a necessary characteristic
We are running a social media campaign for a point of sales system for restaurants and retail stores. We have had quite a bit of traffic to our website from Adwords and SEO. We have thought of the idea of creating a new look-alike audience based off the people who have come to our website already. However, we only really want to only build a Facebook audience consisting of business owners, managers or decision makers of restaurants and retail stores that would be interested in a point of sales system at some point. We know that most of the people who have come to our website (from SEO and Adwords) have been interested, in some degree, in our point of sales system. My reservation though is that if we create a look-alike audience, Facebook will not be able to replicate the type of audience that really fits this profile - that it will create an audience possibly of similar personalties, interests etc to that of those that have visited our site, but not one that consists predominately or entirely of owners, managers or decision makers of restaurants and retail stores. This is the necessary characteristic we are wanting for our audience members. Is it fair to assume that in this situation Facebook won't be effective in its creation of a look-alike audience to fulfil what we are really needing as stated? Or am I underestimating Facebook's abilities? You thoughts here would be greatly appreciated.

Does Google give more ranking weight for Shares for One Social Network over Another.
We are using BuzzSumo to explore the types of content that generate the highest number of shares per article. Does anyone have data to suggest that a share on Google+ carries more ranking weight than a share on Twitter or Facebook, or LinkedIn? We have seen a recent case with one of our client's competitors where they significantly grew their Google+ shares within a relatively short period of time and gained a higher rank for a key search phrase that my client is also targeting. How Should I Optimise Feature Images for Google+ Interactive Post Snippets?
Hi there, I'm in the middle of optimising my site to create decent sharing snippets to improve the overall experience and quality for visitors. One thing I've come up against though is trying to balance site design with the requirements of schema.org and Google+ I've recently just altered the layout of my site to now visually display a brief post description to go into the Rich Snippet Google+ creates, but the images Look a little bit shorter than what they could be. I'm curious to how I could perhaps serve a dedicated image for the Google+ snippet (a square cropped version of the large feature image that's given to each post) while avoiding forcing all users to load a second image I don't even really want to show. I'm also in the middle of deciding what content to prefill the post text with, I'm thinking about tagging my own Google+ id and maybe using some post relevant hash tags too. Facebook Likes When Sharing
Company A Someone shares a post from Company B on their Facebook page. The post generated 1000 likes and 300 shares. Only a small percentage of likes show up for Company B's page. Why does Company B's page not receive all the likes or at least a higher percentage for that post?
