US UK KW research regional variations
-
Hi
What words phrases do you think one should research to see what US searchers would use if they want to get an artefact valued such as old jewelry to furniture to sporting memorabilia or just want to get that work of art on the wall valued that they have had in the family for years.
Obviously i will be carrying out kw research (& have been) but just interested in asking some real life Americans what they would search for ?
In the UK its mainly 'Valuations' orientated keywords but in the US its looking like 'Appraisals' related are used much more.
Any local knowledge suggestions appreciated
All Best

Good tip thanks Keri !

Try browsing through sites like Yahoo Answers, or sites devote to antique appraisals where readers can write in. You'll be able to get an idea of what words people use.

That's great many thanks Vadim ! Any more suggestions out there ?
Many thanks

I would definitely use the word antique, vintage, old in there. With valuation, price, cost, value, and or appraisal (all seem commonplace to me) That's coming from a guy in California, USA.
Hope this helps!

Terminology: substring of a KW string
Hi everyone,
Keyword Research | | unirmk
I am struggling to remember the correct term to describe a substring of a KW phrase. For example- the KW "top online seo tools" is composed of the substrings:
top online seo tools top online seo tools
top online seo tools top online seo tools top online seo tools There is a term that describes those "KWs within KWs", and I am going crazy trying to remember what it is... Thanks!0 -

Reasonable price for Keyword Research
If I knew what to look for I would do it myself. But I want it done now. The words would relate to one broad category with possible gold that can be mined from 12 sub-categories categories. In my preliminary seat of the pants research I didn't find much in the sub-categories but there were around 10 key words in the broad categories. I am getting a lot of long tail words ranked but I don't believe there is hardly any traffic. Does anyone know what a reasonable estimate is for this degree of keyword research? Also if anyone would like to submit a bid for this work please personal email me. Utah Tiger.

Should I use Phrase Keywords when doing Keyword Research?
Hi all, I've spent the past couple of days doing some extensive keyword research in Adwords Traffic Estimator, looking for keywords to optimise my pages. I've been searching using EXACT so I get a realistic value but I'm wondering if PHRASE is better suited for research after all its more likely someone will visit my site via a phrase match than exact? What are your thoughts on this?

Ranking Changes: Google.co.uk vs Google.com vs Google.com.au?
Why would my website appear, for example, second for a keyword search on Google.co.uk but on a search through Google.com or Google.com.au (Australia) not appear in the Top 50? Excuse the simplicity of the question!
