Exact Long Tail Keyword Wording?
-
Hi everyone!
I'm currently doing long tail keyword research and I'm coming across keywords such as deer wall print for nursery for the main keyword "deer wall print" which doesn't really incorporate too well into a into a grammatically correct paragraph.
Can I use something like **deer wall print for your nursery **or deer wall print is perfect for in a nursery?
Does it have to be exact reproduction if I am trying to rank for a long tail keyword term/phrase?

When you are going after long tail traffic the queries that you might connect with are A) infinite in number; B) diverse in their wording; and, C) extremely low in volume.
Because long tail word sequences usually have a low volume it is best not to fuss about getting precisely the right word sequence. Instead, it is best to write using natural language.
It is more important to increase the diversity of words on your page. You can do that by writing about paintings of mule deer for your den, framed prints of whitetail deer on the edge of a cornfield for your office, matted photos of fawns in the laurel for the nursery, a water color of an eight point buck by the lake for above the fireplace at your camp. Note we are diversifying the deer, their environment, the room where they will be displayed, the medium and the mountings -- all on the same page.
This diversity allows you to present a substantive article that will be qualified to appear in search for an enormous number of keywords and even though you never mentioned exactly a "framed painting of an eight point whitetail for your den" on this page, if someone searches for it this page of content is qualified to appear in search for it and if your website has a little power, this page might rank well for it.
Also, people buying paintings might shop deep into the SERPs or view the image results. So even if you are not at the top of the first page of the SERPs you might still get some action. And, load pages like these up with a number of images because image SERP shopping can pull in conversions for this type of merchandise.

Secondary related keywords
Hi, Let' say one of the topics I want to talk about is "wine tasting2. I do a search in the keywords tool and I find related keywords such as "wine tasting chicago" and all the words that I find do not apply to me because I do "wine tastings in Bordeaux". How do I deal in a situation like that ? Can I type in the keyword tool "wine tasting bordeaux" even though my topic is wine tasting ? I took "wine tasting" but I could apply that to the word "chateaux" where none of the related keywords apply to me. I run into issues when the topics are "large". The other question I have is still about "wine tasting" if I find secondary related keywords that apply to me such a "wine tasting in bordeaux", "wine tasting cellars" do I still need to add in my content the word "wine tasting" by itself in addition to the 2 related keywords or can I just only put the 2 related keywords ? Thank you,.

On-page optimization for closely related keywords or acronyms of keywords
We are in the process of on-page optimization for a site that sells one kind of software. We are trying to optimize each page for a target keyword and variations of the keyword, however we have more pages than keyword variation types, so I'm looking for feedback on whether the below plan would be keyword cannibalization. Examples: URL: www.domain.com/product
Keyword Research | | seo_1234b
Tarket Keyword: device imaging software
Title Tag: Device Imaging Software | Company Name URL: www.domain.com/solutions
Target Keyword: device imaging solutions
Title Tag: Device Imaging Solutions | Company Name URL: www.domain.com/products/product-name
Target Keyword: dis (acronym)
Title Tag: DIS Software | Product Name | Company Name My question is are these keyword too closely related for each of the pages? Will they be considered duplicate title tags? Keyword cannibalization? etc. Thanks!0 -

SEO beginner- How to decide what keyword to go after?
I started a website called Think and Grow Entrepreneur. I'm not sure where to start with Keywords and which ones to go after. Should I input the same keywords over and over my blog to rank in those or should I look at every post as a single entity and try to rank different keywords in each blog. Ideally I would like to rank for the keyword Entrepreneur, but there are already very powerful companies with the same keyword. How should I go about this situation? I appreciate any feedback. Thanks!

Am I Doomed with Low Volume Keywords?
I've been pursuing an internet startup for over a year now. We've figured a lot of things out along the way and even managed to start making some modest revenue ~$3,000/month. We're just now starting to dig into SEO and I'm realizing that most of our keywords aren't very high volume. The best have 1,000 local searches per month (exact match) with most being a couple hundred local searches. I'm worried that I've picked a market that's too small, but I don't have the SEO experience to know if this is normal or not. Most of my keywords are rated 'highly competitive' and also are stacked with CPC ads upon Google search. I'd love to know what others' experience with keyword volume is and if I'm just overreacting on limited knowledge. Thanks!

Keyword affected by the following word, forming a keyphrase?
This came to my mind: Can word(s) immediately following a keyword hurt the ranking for that keyword, if they together form a phrase known to Google? Should I avoid keyphrases to rank better for a single keyword? Let's say that I have a website that ranks very well for the keyword "rice". The home page title and headline might be "Rice around the world". Now let's assume I change the "around the world" to "pudding", making the title "Rice pudding", which is in fact one of the keyphrases suggested by Google Instant when one types "rice". Is it possible that Google now decides the page should not rank well for the generic "rice" search any more, because it is not about rice as such but rice pudding, and as a result the ranking for the "rice" search suffers? This would probably make sense in some cases. A "flights to Hawaii" page should not rank very highly for a generic "flights" search, but just that specific search. However a "flights online" page might be all right to rank as high as any, if the meaning is understood (in all languages).
