Hey there! This is Michael from the Moz Help Team! The first thing you want to do is make sure your browser and MozBar extension are up to date. For this answer (and screenshot) I'm running Chrome Version 44.0.2403.107 (64-bit) and MozBar Version: 3.1.57. Once you make sure those 2 are up to date you should see the "Export SERP analysis to CSV" button right next to the name "MOZ". It looks just like this!
I hope this helps! If you're still having trouble, please send us a help ticket to help@moz.com and we'll take a closer look. Cheers!

Traffic suddenly dropped from reports
Hey, I have a campaign, where in the past week all the traffic has dropped from the moz report (it registered 3 organic and 61 referral visits and nothing else) All other data remains. I checked google analytics and it's the same - traffic has suddenly dropped from 300 per day to 10 per day. It happened on April 1st (April fools?). I thought it could be a www. or non www issue, but this shouldn't affect analytics data should it as you only have on property there? Site is still receiving usual amount of traffic as I can check with Jetpack (it's a wordpress site) Any suggestions really appreciated. Cheers

New Moz reports
The new MozPRo reports do not give me the same level of data as my previous reports on the old platform, including detailed keyword reporting. I recently discovered that even if I schedule a monthly report, I still only get weekly data. Is it just me or is anyone else struggling with these new reports?

Can't remove "insights" section from report.
The items in the "insights" section of the Moz report have an "x" which can be clicked in the designer to dismiss this data from the report. However, these items still shows up in the report anyways. Buggy. How can we work around this bug?

On-Page Reports showing old urls
While taking a look at our sites on-page reports I noticed some of our keywords with very old urls that haven't existed for close to a year. How do I make sure moz's keyword ranking is finding the correct page and make sure I'm not getting graded on that keywords/urls that don't exist any more or have been 301'd to new urls? Is there a way to clean these out? My on-page reports say I have 62 reports for only a total of 34 keywords in rankings. As you can see from the image most of the urls for "tax folder" have now been 301'd to not include /product or /category but moz is still showing them with the old url structure. BTW our site is minespress.com 2KdGcPL.png

I REALLY need some help with Moz Reporting
Hey Moz Community, I really need someone to help me with Moz reporting. Let's say I have 10 websites on my campaign dashboard. Is there an API or settings in campaign where I can generate a Moz report that has all 10 campaigns into one high level report? Right now I can generate 1 report per 1 website and the plan is to make it more easier to digest the information and have all the information for all 10 campaigns in just 1 report. Is that even possible? Thank you in advance!

Is there a reports Api?
hello fellow Mozers. got a question. is anyone aware of an api coming out to feed individual reports? We have a crm to manage all of our clients, and I'd love to feed the new moz analytics directly into our system. Please let me know if it already exists, is in the works, etc. Thanks, Stephan
