Google displays the wrong store hours. Can anyone help lead me to the fix?

When doing the following search on Google "Ticket King Milwaukee hours" we see the wrong hours displayed at the top of the page. Just to the left of our places page, you will see "Tuesday hours 8:30-1:00 pm." That 1 pm closing comes up for every weekday, even though we are open until 6 pm weekdays, and 3 pm on Saturdays. I have checked the hours listed on our G+ page, our "Places for Business" page, our "about us" page on our website, and can't find where they are getting this incorrect data. I even went out and checked most of the "List your business" sites that I have registered with.
I have submitted this to Google, but have not heard back. Does anyone have any ideas as to how I can fix this, or at least find out where this bad data is coming from? I did find a company blog post from 2010 that listed our ours in a somewhat confusing way, but it was still correct. (I have since fixed that old post.) -

Sometimes, you will get an automated response before action takes place. However, if a month has gone by, I would go the Google And Your Business Forum and report the entire issue, including your report to the troubleshooter. See if a TC will take interest in your plight and escalate for you.

If you switch to the "Classic" View of Google Maps, you'll be able to see the Google + page for the Ticket King Inc site:
https://plus.google.com/+TicketKingInc/about?gl=us&hl=enOn this page, I don't see that you have hours listed for your Google Places page. Other companies often have this listed.
If you have the ability to log into this page and edit it, that might help. It could be that it was a places page, that was converted into a Google+ page, and now not using the class map function.
When I drill all the way down on the editing of the Google+ page, I do see that you have your hours listed correctly, with just the 1 pm time listed as the closing time for Saturday. (M-F is listed as 8:30 am - 6:00 pm).
It's also listed correctly on Facebook and Yellow pages.
I might recommend going through this form / system and updating this again, as it might (hopefully) override the 1:00 pm closing time on the Google result:

Thanks for the reply. I did submit the issue to Google through that same link around a month ago. I got an automated response, thanking me for submitting the issue. Nothing further as of today.

We have no “hours” issues related to our two locations that I can see, and if we did I would suspect that Google would get the hours off by an hour. (One location closes at 5pm, the other at 6pm.)

We cleaned up our duplicate places page issue probably 2.5 years ago, and even then, there were no hours on the duplicate page to mess things up.

I agree with you that Google has to grab the data from somewhere, so when I went out to look for third party citations, I used the Moz “Get Listed” tool, and also did some refined Google searches to see where the citation might show up. No luck so far. All those “free listing” pages come up with the proper hours as well.

No "split day" issue that I can see. I can't think that our Saturday hours are messing this up, but that is where we have our 1 pm closing time.
Here’s another twist. When I submitted the issue to Google, I also pointed out that our “Plus or Places” page does not list our hours when that page comes up in the SERP’s. I don’t have any settings checked off that would hide those hours.

I'm not sure what steps you've taken to report the issue. I would go about reporting this by using the form accessed via the red Contact Us button on this page:
https://support.google.com/places/
Go through the wizard and report that the hours are incorrect.
I, too, am curious about the source of the bad data. In cases like this, we have to assume it is coming from somewhere, because Google doesn't just make things up. Some possibilities to consider:

I see your company has more than one location. Could it be that one of these locations has the 8:30 - 1:00 hours and Google is confusing their data with yours?

Could you have a duplicate, old Google Place page with the wrong hours on it?

Could there be a third party citation you've missed out there with the wrong hours on it.

The numbers almost look like a split hour day (e.g. open 8:30 AM - 1 PM, closed for lunch 1 PM - 2 PM, open 2 PM - 6 PM). I wonder if there could be some reason that a split day was listed and Google is only showing the first half of the split day? Just a random guess.
At any rate, please explain exactly what you've done to report the issue so far. I'll be happy to come back to read your further details about this. It's an interesting case, and I can imagine a very frustrating one for your business that needs to be resolved.

Why is Google appending a different website's brand name to the end of SERP title?
I've recently been shown some SERP results where Google is appending a different website's brand name to the end of the SERP title. It's actually rewriting the brand's name to that of the other website. (This is obviously not ideal.) Why would this be? The other website doesn't even stock the same product, so there shouldn't be any confusion there. But even if it did, many websites stock the same products. Just confusing...

How to measure adwords campaing success on an non ecommerce/leads website

We have a website of a furniture company that runs an Adwords campaign. This company has a lot of distributors. They have several objetives: people explore the online catalog people visit the distributor page (where they can find the nearest distributor in his/her area) people share the pictures and info in social media. (For example: pictures in pinterest) people watch videos new distributors contact them to be a new distributor and so on. As this is not an eccommerce website they can not buy We have created objectives in analytics to meassure those engament results.
My question is how to measure this in Google Adwords...
If I import GA objetives into adwords, I get conversions rates of 350% and even more, and the number of conversions is to high. For example. If one objetive is to visit Distributors page (the one where users can see a map and search for the nearest distributor), I find with a lot of conversions of this type. I was thinking in importing some objectives and giving them a value in $ and instead of evaluating conversion rates, evaluate ROAS. But I really would like to know, what you are doing with this kind of companies. How do you measure the campaign success when most of the objetives are measuring engagement. In the Google search results, the company name (with the drop down arrow) next to the result URL is incorrect. The company being displayed here is a company we acquired many years back. How do I adjust/fix this?
When I search any term for my organization, we are getting good results BUT the company name, next to the results URL is of an orgnization we acquired many years back and not the name of our company. The URL is correct page JUST the company name next to this URL is incorrect on the Google search results page. How do I go about changing so the company name next to the URL ?

Best strategies for alcoholic beverages online store
Hi, we are now creating an strategy for an online store that sells alcoholic beverages and also drinks to mix with them (for example for creating cocktails). The company is located in Spain and wants to begin selling in France. We are thinking of optimizing SEO of the online store, but it is a little difficult cause the description of drinks are really similar, and the inner text too. (Gin is Gin, and you can't describe many things about it. The brand changes, and also the bottle, but it is very difficult to describe a product like that) So we are thinking of creating a content marketing strategy and alsoa social community using facebook and twitter, and so on. As allways we are thinking of a blog and placing the contents there and then distribute then in social networks.... As the the products are alcoholic drinks, we thought that we could give people ideas and recipes of cocktails, and also to create videos about how to prepare those cocktails.But I am not sure about this strategy, specially about the video generation, cause as the products are alcoholic beverages, I am not sure about the policies of Youtube about that kind of issues. I tried to search on the Web and find nothing. This kind of content is for adults only? If so, should we create it anyway? Is it worth it? What kind of strategies will you apply to gain visibility for an store like this? I will apreciatte your comments and advices. Thank you!

How do can I compete with 60-80 Domain Authority?
As the title says, how can I compete with competitors that have a domain authority of 60-80? (Only around 2-3 major competitors) However I would like to compete with them. Is anyone else in this situation? What did you do? I've read a lot about building backlinks etc etc but surely theres more to it. I've got to rank 1500+ subcategories for my niche and it's nearly impossible to do so. Thanks to all who reply!

How to get Google to link external review sites in Google Places
Hi, I have several company profiles in Google Places and Google Sites, I also have the same profiles for those companies in review sites like Yelp! and so on. I have seen that other sites have links on the bottom where Google points to those external review sites, but that doesn't happen for me yet, is there a way to tell Google that I have profiles on other review sites so they can link them or is it Google whenever they find them that will link them? Here's an example: http://maps.google.com/maps/place?cid=14126341780178539960&hl=en At the bottom you'll see that it says: Reviews from around the web Now this is one of mine: http://maps.google.com/maps/place?cid=12168877126282825032&hl=en Now how do I get that line at the bottom provided that I know there are reviews out there in other sites? Is there something I can do? Or is it all about Google doing it whenever they see fit? Thank you!
