Moz Campaign Error
-
A lot of links seem to be broken or glitching with the Moz Campaigns dashboard.
For whatever reason moz decided to archive my campaigns without permission. It then will not let me activate them again, forcing me to recreate them. When I go to the campaigns page, it will not show me my active campaigns, including ones that I have just made and it is impossible to get to them unless I save the campaign id and manually navigate to it in the browser.
This has been tested on every web browser, so it is not some kind of user error or browser thing on my end.
How can I get to my active campaigns since Moz will not show them to me?

Hi Noah,
I've looked in our help desk queue under both your username and your company name, and I'm not seeing any tickets from you. If the link Erin gave doesn't work for you, you can also email help@moz.com and we can help you that way.
Thanks,
Keri

I'm glad that customer concerns are a priority here. Should not take this long to get some kind of solution to a problem

I tried to activate them before creating new ones. So there would have been no limits issue.

Hi Noah,
Thanks for reaching out. My name is Erin, and I'm on the Moz Help Team. Sorry to hear you're running into this! It looks like your campaigns were archived back in April due to a billing hiccup.
I'm seeing your active campaigns under http://analytics.moz.com/manage-campaigns#active, and your archived campaigns under http://analytics.moz.com/manage-campaigns#archived. The reason you currently aren't able to unarchive your older campaigns is because activating them would put you over your account limits. Have you tried archiving your newly created campaigns, and re-activating the old ones?
I don't want to share your campaign details over the intewebz, so if you're still running into issues, contact us Helpsters. Can you also send us screenshots of any error message you're seeing?
We look forward to hearing from you, and happy Monday!
Erin

Yes. As I said, all my campaigns were archived for some reason. They have that link to activate, but it will not work.
There are a lot of links throughout Moz Pro that acts like this.
The only way I can use any of the tools is if I scroll to the bottom and click "research tools"
If I just try to go to the products it acts like I am not signed in and gives me a pitch to signup
Also, when I try to save changes to a new campaign I get the following, "
Oh no! Looks like the page you were trying to access is temporarily down."
-
Noah, if you go to http://pro.moz.com/campaigns and click the Archived tab, do you see the campaigns there?

Unsolved Issue with MOZ Keyword Tracking: Missing Keywords in Report
Hello, I’m encountering an issue with MOZ’s keyword tracking tool. We have correctly set up our website: https://recomendacionpersonal.com/ to track multiple keywords, but the tool only seems to track a few of them. Some important keywords we’re targeting don’t appear in the report at all. We are in the trial phase and need to ensure the tool functions correctly for our SEO strategy before subscribing to a premium plan. Can someone please help us understand why this might be happening and how to fix it? Thank you!

My Whole Moz Account Went Missing - Started From Scratch But Not Working Again
Hi guys my whole moz account went awol - lost all my previous campaign data in terms of search listings - got a bit fed up so started from scratch, the first week was ok but now I login to see where I am on the search engines and all I get is '-' can anyone help - I am paying top dollar for this service but it seems so unstable, I thought I was using this to save me time keying in hundreds of search phrases and manually checking them and as I am sure many of you will appreciate checking daily can drive you crackers so I signed up with the belief that once a week I would get an in depth report and as such I could take a sigh of relief and get away from the obsessive compulsion to check my listings daily - this does not seem to be the case - pretty frustrated to be honest. kind regards Gareth

How to force MOZ crawlers to search in the right area for local SEO
We do local SEO over here and so our keywords are always followed by a city name, like so: "auto repair+Springfield". If there's ever any confusion within SERPS which "Springfield" the searcher is looking for we can depend on Google to pull query location to assume it's the nearest to them (it does, and is usually correct). And furthermore, if the office ever needs to check for rankings by hand (we're not in Springfield), we just set the query location to "Springfield" and our results match their. However, MOZ doesn't set a query location. Which makes sense, I suppose, because their crawlers are up in the Bay. What I'm saying is that oftentimes there's a discrepancy between how MOZ tells me they rank, and how I see them ranking, the business owner sees them ranking, and how the customer finds them ranking. As such, we can't send them reports through MOZ 😞 Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution? Should the keyword be followed by a zip code instead of a city name? This seems like it would solve the location query problem but it may not provide the same results as service+city name.

Moz Netiquette
It's now happened three times in three days: I get unsolicited email (apparently harvested from my Moz profile) that invites me to try a new product or contribute to a new site. The senders are completely unknown to me. The emails are full of hype, sketchy on details and poorly written. They have all the hallmarks of phishing scams. But on further inquiry the emails seem to be legit. I nonetheless feel entitled to confess my extreme exasperation. When did sending unsolicited mass email of the "Dear Colleague" variety to perfect strangers become acceptable business practice? It's always struck me as being beyond the pale and beneath contempt. Why would anyone try to launch a business which such dubious and unsavoury tactics? Am I missing something here? Or becoming a fuddy duddy? I suppose I could remove my contact info from my MOZ profile, but I have found it useful in the past. What surprises me is that people would contact me "out of the blue" to ask for free help without making the slightest attempt to cultivate a relationship first. Am I wrong?
