What are best keywords, category labels and tags to get best ranking in before and after photo posts
-
Your welcome,
any time.
-
Thank you very much,
Brooke
-
I would suggest that since your current images are already ranking well then I wouldn't worry about them at this point, since it looks like it will probably hurt more to change them then to leave as is.
Just note that any more images added to your site should contain optimized keyword rich file names and "alt" tags.
-
Thank you very much. Need I worry that the current photos which appear in google images that are up and ranked well will disappear until the crawlers find them again and re rank them?
-
Your welcome,
yes, naming files properly will definitely benefit your page optimization, although not drastically, look at it more as a boost to your UX or user experience.
Unfortunately, you will have to delete your current image files in the media gallery and re-upload them for your new file names to display. Remember if you are working off of the live server your images will take awhile to update, due to browser caching, so don't freak out if the old names are still appearing =} If you have anymore question please ask. Hope that helps.
-
Thank you.
Many of my photos come from "my Pictures" with various "file names"
I do use alt tag but from my reading tonight it appears file name is important as well. For example I posted a tummy tuck photo ot appears in the proper place"Before and After Photos Tummy Tuck" on google but when you click on image it says Amanda.
I am assuming I must change file names on my pictiures and re load images into Worpress Media Gallery-?? correct

Hi there,
You would have to do a little bit of keyword research to find which words or phrases yield the best results. Start with the Google Adwords keyword tool. You have to sign up for an account if you don't have one already.
-
Once you have established your account, make sure to uncheck the 'Broad' category and check on the 'Exact' category in the left sidebar area.
-
Type in varies keywords or phrases you already have in mind then hit search.
-
Review the 'local' results to find how many times a month that keyword is searched on Goolge. This should give you further insight on which words or phrases you should use on your pictures.
You can also 'View Source' on other competitors websites to see what keywords they are using to also get a good starting point.

How do I use Google Keyword in onsite seo?
Hello to all, I wanted to ask if I am doing this correctly. So I own a Bernese mountain dog website I used the google keyword research tools to view keyword ideas. I listed my results below. So my questions are: 1 - Bernese Mountain Dog Puppies (the keyword) blow away the other keywords. So when you are looking at your sites most popular keywords, do you make the most popular keyword your homepage? Because it gets the most link juice? Like would you build the homepage around the best keyword instead of branding - like the company name etc? Or does it matter? Basically just as long as you use it for one page? 2 - When you have keywords that have parts of other keywords, is it safe to use the longer keyword because it has parts of the other phrases? Such as Bernese mountain dog puppies for sale is a part of Bernese mountain dog puppies for sale in Colorado. So if you use bernese mountain dog puppies for sale in Colorado, it will also hit the bernese mountain dog puppies for sale? ( without the In Colorado) What type of strategy would you use for this type of situation? 3- Lastly, and thank you for your time - I watched a video from a grey hat seo guy. He said to take a keyword or phrase like say Colorado home builders, create a page like example.com/Colorado-home-builders/ Then make you h1 tag - The Best Colorado Home Builders Add The Best Colorado home builders to your meta description and one more time in your h2 tag Then create a Bold, and italic The Best Colorado Home Builders in your unique content paragraphs. So my question is - is this grey hat and bad? Or the standard? I do not want to get hit for over optimizing. So just wanted to ask you opinion first. In the end, I truly thank you for taking the time to read my questions. I appreciate everyone's help and greatly appreciate your knowledge. So my results look like this | bernese mountain dog puppies | 590 | Low | $0.45 | 1% | |
Keyword Research | | Berner
| bernese mountain dog puppies for sale | 90 | High | $0.42 | 9% | |
| bernese mountain dogs | 90 | Low | $0.37 | 0% | |
| bernese mountain dog puppies for sale in colorado | 30 | Medium | $0.76 | 0% | |
| bernese mountain dog breeders in colorado | 20 | Medium | $0.32 | 0% | |
| bernese mountain dogs colorado | 40 | Low | $0.08 | 0% | |
| bernese mountain dog puppy breeders | 10 |0 -

Can I Trace The Keywords From a PPC & SEO Campaign That Brought The individual To My Site Without Using a Call Tracking Service?
Hi All I was wondering if it is possible to trace the individual keywords/key-phrases that someone has used to get them to my pages/site and if they came in from PPC or SEO, preferably without having to use a call tracking service, code under number, or multi-telephone line system? Regards Nic

Is there a way to identify the phrases and pages involved in your URLS receiving search visits?
Our client seems to get 20 - 30 visits a month to pages which people arrived on via a search, without visiting home page and navigating there. Is there a way we can identify both the phrases the person used to arrive at the page, and the page itself? The graph is tantalizing, but without deeper insight into what the phrases and pages were, we can't focus on the phrases in question. And we'd like to do this, because the phrase may represent potential long tail phrases we could use. Thanks! Eric.

Best Keyword Research Tool / Strategy / Approach?
Currently, I list every root word (one word) I can think of for the client. Then start a 2 word keyword section, making every possible connection with my root words. Then move to 3 word, 4 word, and so on. I do this all in a word document and by hand. Does anybody have ANYTHING (tool/strategy) that does something similar? I'm looking for anything that can expedite this process. My manual method makes me feel like I'm always forgetting certain combinations of words.
